    Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)

    The staff's warmth. The location is unbeatable, mere steps from the heart of the city. Our Classic Double Room was clean, albeit a bit snug. Breakfast options were limited for the price, but the pleasant atmosphere ensured our stay was enjoyable. A gem worth visiting again!

    The hotel is definitely recommended to friends. Thank you for the really nice stay for 5 consecutive December holidays. The rooms are fashionable and high-class, the beds are very comfy. It has incredible location just a walking distance from a medieval timepiece.

    The Preferred Hotels & Resorts is ideally located just steps away from the main attractions in Prague. My room was a Classic Double Room Lounge Wellness Access, impeccably clean and stylishly furnished. The staff demonstrated really good professionalism, assisting with my presentation setup . The breakfast buffet was excellent, with freshly made pastries and a wide array of organic juices.

    Really good Service and Fine Rooftop Experience

    Erika, the concierge, helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations and made sure we had a nice birthday surprise. The highlight was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views of the city. While the rooms are a bit cozy, they are charming and well-designed.

    We explored the fine castle and had fun wandering Old Town. The staff were generally friendly and our Classic Double Room was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and we enjoyed some lovely happy hours in the lobby with wine. Make sure to interact with the concierge!

    Great location near main attractions.

    Our room had significant water damage that was concerning. The staff was unhelpful and reluctant to provide a crib for our baby. My experience with the night staff was uncomfortable, especially when they made an odd comment about my child. We felt quite disappointed with our stay.
